This Caseco website is intended for retail customers (trade customers) and not for consumer sales. To provide the kind of services our retail customers benefit from we must create our site a little differently from a consumer website.
Consumers: If you are a consumer and wish to purchase items, please contact your local optician and ask them to contact us.
New Retailers: To view product prices and place orders please apply for a trade account with us.
After a quick checking process you will soon receive an email inviting you to set your password.
Once done, you’ll be able to browse our complete catalogue and order through the site.
Existing Caseco Customers: If you have an account already with us and would like to use the site you can either:
1. let us know and confirm the email address you would like connected with your account and we will get you up and running without delay! Or alternatively,
2. Complete the trade application so we can ensure we have the latest account information.
Once you have created a trade account, you can log in and add your desired products to your basket - just like you would a consumer site. When you are happy with your order, you can proceed to the checkout to secure your order. See below for how to pay.
For existing Caseco customers with a credit agreement, we will check your order, invoice and dispatch on your account accordingly. If you do not have a credit agreement with Caseco, you have the option either to pay via PayPal or credit card at the checkout page.
We endeavour to ship at the lowest cost whilst ensuring you receive the service you desire. If you would like an express service simply let us know. Shipping is charged at the cost rate to Caseco, based on the value, weight and dimensions or your order. We always review options for the best price and service before shipping your parcel so you will always get the best delivery service.
When you purchase bespoke bulk items we may call you to provide options. Your deliver may be better shipped on a pallet via a pallet network. Whilst this means no single box will be mislaid and your delivery charge will be cheaper, sometimes the drivers do not follow the instruction to hand-ball the boxes into your premises. Regretfully we can only instruct when shipping, and cannot be there with them when they deliver!
The process is the same for international shipments. Or we can make goods ready for collection if you prefer to use your own carrier.
